I can not afford another lawyer , i cannot get legal aid because I own a house. I have no asset left in my home anymore due to paying off my legal fees, I am hoping someone knows another way besides the court . I am so fed up…Its not fair ..My case is with the FRO, they take away his licence , then he goes on welfare and he gets it back ,you know he needs a licence to look for work…Its all a big scam..

May I suggest you contact Legal Aid and tell them the situation. If they are truly interested in justice, your ex would be thrown in jail and his assets should be sold to pay you.
As for an order to garnishee his wages.
