As for the interview, be professional, let them know why you want and why you are qualified for the job, but don’t get to personal.

But do NOT quit your present job until you have a firm offer from the new place.

By the way, there is not a SINGLE employee at your present job who wouldn’t leave for a substantially better offer somewhere else!
