I really don’t know what happened to her, because last year we were the league champions and we didn’t lose ANY games. The season just started and we already lost two.

Maybe she is trying to let everyone play, or doesn’t want anyone to be left out (like little league games that don’t keep score). It must be frustrating but don’t start up with her. If you want to speak up do it respectfully and with some other teammates so she can’t single you out and kick you off the team if you make her angry!
