If the computer infected cant brows the net then use a thumb drive and try these two programs to fix it. If it doent help i have a few more suggestions that might fix it.

Why don’t you try Firefox instead, and just forget all about Internet Explorer?
It’s a much more secure browser with many neat addons, and no script errors.
