Okay, do you know how to get to your notices? If you do, then you should see something underneath it calles “Shouts”. Two other people and me have shouted you. If you want to reply, you click on “shouttrail” and you can reply to the person who previously shouted you. It is a more private way of talking, though anybody can view any shouts.
