it’s not that easy. she doesn’t understand how I feel. she thinks that when I’m sitting in the bathroom floor for 3 hours after an argument I’m “pouting.” and that’s only 1 of the things.

I didn’t even know what suicide was back then, I just knew about people killing themselves, so yea, it’s weird. the only reason I get them now is because they really don’t go away.

It is too hard to keep things bottled up. You need some good sound advice from someone who will have your best interests at heart. Just being in a recent break up sure doesn’t help matters either. People who suffer from depression, aren’t alone. Millions suffer from this disorder. Your family DR. would be the best to advice you on your best options here. There are also many support groups with others as yourself, that could give you pointers on dealing with all your stres. Why continue to suffer, when , just by reaching out, you can soon be back to feeling more like yourself. All the best to you :)

yea, I don’t really have a say at all lol but thanks……and don’t worry too much about it lol I know there are people that are having much worse problems and everything, so I probably shouldn’t be complaining, but I just kinda need to get it off my chest I guess…….mostly the reason I made this post was because I was so depressed that I sat on the floor in the bathroom for 3 hours today lol

but anyways. i do distance ed too. last year i did online but i didnt like it so im just doing normal now. i found it to hard. maybe you should try paper based and see if that makes a difference?

but things do get tough.. but you can get through it all. its just a rough patch but itll eventually pass
