I mean sad people who lost hope would simply give up, but happy people who face problems and get over it are the ones who have great hope. The strenght of a person and how happy they are is determined by how much hope he/she has.

Sometimes I think Hope is given to us, maybe we get it from people around us, from lessons in our lives, or from any good thing happening to us, personally i get hope from those small acts of kindness around me, like a good nice word said to me or a smile.

It’s not something that magically appears from an outside source. We each have within us the capacity to generate hope. It’s critical that we be absolutely intentional about nurturing hope in our lives and the lives of our children. Hope is precious b/c it can mean the difference between life and death. Most have probably heard the saying’ Tie a rope and hang on’? Sometimes all thats left of that rope is a thread but this thread can be enough to pull us back up to the knot in the rope and begin again if we only have patience and persevere.

hope comes in many different forms. from love, to friendship to trust.
