Ask her to go the library if necessary to study together. Then in casual conversation mention or ask if she might see your friendship evolving into something more personal between you two. And by personal, you mean would she ever consider being your sweetheart or girlfriend. I know it’s corny advice but I think you get the idea and you will come up with a much better idea or way to hook up with this girl.
