You need to be firm though. Do you feel that you are being controlled in this relationship? If so, you need to establish a few things…you need to establish what it will take to keep the relationship healthy.

Both of you should take a look at what you can do better for each other. Try to get your partner to say what he has to do to improve things. Maybe you have some things to work on yourself? Just try to communicate. Good luck.
