As a consumer or customer, there is an appreciation I have for the intended object. Those who represent that object may not necessarily need to sell it to me when the intended object is as good as bought or sold.
The potential value of the customer resides in the unknown factor, but regardless, their potential is great. They have a great potential to make your business or great potential to break your business. Your average customer has word-of-mouth power - for the better or worse and it’s very effective. For customers who are well-off, great supplication is very necessary.

I’m in the process of Patenting an invention and, soon, I hope to establish a factory. Marketing is a game that I will expect to participate in. In the mean-time, I’m ignorant to such issues.

I would look at more like people-value. It’s difficult to juggle grades of morality and degrees of finances in the same breath.

People are more important than objects. Human kindness and respect is self selling.
