Sleep as you have probably been told loads of times is a big issue, the more you don’t sleep the more you stress about it the more you don’t sleep. next time you go to bed DON’T try to go to sleep! That might sound weird but just lay down and try to give your body a good rest. Relax everything except what’s in your head. that is a whole other issue and you can deal with that tomorrow fron now just rest everything. When you don’t sleep everything gets tired so start with the dits that you can handle.
Your Family you were stuck with at birth, good or bad and you can’t change that or them. Sound like they are ones who need councelling as much as you but that is NOT your problem, surviving them is. We all have family problems and that includes your friends but try to accept then for what they are and remember that there will come a day when you can start your own life.
Your friends at school and you say you don’t like them but not why, try to analyse what you don’t like. don’t just use them to moan about problems as they almost certainly have them too but may not want to be reminded.
You also say you don’t like school. Welcome to the club. Look around you next time you are in class and I will guarentee that well over half of those you can see feel just the same. again it is something you have to put up with for now. Times will change.
Finally put all your problems in one big pot called you and mix them up a bit and ye you will probably feel lousey sometimes both physically and mentally but time will resolve many of our issues.
Me I’m probably older than you but my family still give me stress, you learn to live with it make good friends and slowly get on with Your life.

Family life is different for each of us. Try and learn from your parents mistakes. Know that actions have consequences.

Friends are there for life in many cases - never say you don’t like them. There will always be a time when you need them. We all have highs and lows. Try and point your life in the higher direction.

Be good to yourself and others around you - try helping people on here - you wilol learn many of lifes lessons when you think them through yourself. Other times cry out for help.

You have to try and solve your problems. Try talking to your parents. Ask if they can try and lie less - sometimes parents have to lie to teach you good things…

Try not to feel sad. Imagine falling in love or winning the lottery when your down or remember a good day. Maybe plan what you want to do in the future…
