[Help] I am selling my old ipod and I want to know if it's okay to leave my songs on it. Technically that is incorrect; when you buy a song; all you are doing a buying the rights to listen to that song. You are prohibited from distributing that song to others whether for a fee or for free. You are also prohibited from using the song in a manner not stated in the fine print.

I dont use Itunes so I have no idea if they have a way to check that you have done this.
