And a really cool thing is for small files, after downloading them, u can upload it to either one of these 2 websites http://virusscan.jotti.org/
http://www.virustotal.com/ and it scans that file with multiple virus scanning programs (some programs pick up on things other dont) and it tells u if there infected with trojans or anything like that.
