Your mom should know better than to drink and drive. If she knew she had to pick you up she should have waited to get blitzed until after that. Your dad should also know better than to blame you for what your mom does. If she has a drinking problem then your dad should bring her to rehab or something. But don’t blame yourself for this situation. You did nothing wrong.
