Same thing happened with me! They found a 10cm cyst on my spleen in a CAT scan while looking for a problem in my lung. I haven’t had pain from it in a long time. Turns out most the time they just dissolve on there own :) How are you doing now?

I also thought it was symptoms of a heart attack and sometimes when i inhale i get a sharp pain in my left lung but a couple a days the pain spread and thought it was my gall bladder but went for the scans and found out I have a cyst on my spleen and nothing wrong with my gall bladder. For 2 years Ive been told they dont know whats wrong with me. Now that I know i have a cyst whats happening next?

I would ask the doc. Some are sudden, and I believe that some progress over a period of up to 5 days.
