The thing is, it happenes when im doing nothing. I went to the doectors 3 years ago and they said it was a stitch near the heart and its because i drink too much caffeine, they told me to cut back but said i was healthy. Today was the first time i had it in about 8 months.

I can’t count the number of times I’ve been into the doctor the past month though, so I’m just hesitant to go in again. Especially considering how hard my doctors have workd to figure out what’s gonig on with my body, and now they finally think the spleen cyst is the big culprit. I’d just feel like such a pain going in again :/ blehh.

What I do to get rid of it is sit perfectly straight or even stand up straight and breathe. If it still is hurting keeping sitting or standing and take a drink of water. That normally get’s rid of it.

From what I know about heart attacks is that they make your arms hurt. SO you might want to get that checked out too.
