Updates to this post /post/266546-lookin-to-lose-a-lil-weight Mon, 23 Nov 2009 19:06:32 +0100 Reply from tris3585 /post/266546-lookin-to-lose-a-lil-weight#reply-4949817 good job keep your head up you are going in the right direction on walking and exercising.drink lots of water it is your best friend i know i sound silly but it is. getting rid of soda (even diet),alcohol,eating less sugar,even just eating smaller portions will help and eating more through out your day. for example-eat within an hour of waking up. like a nonfat yogurt dannon light and fit is really good (and i hate yogurt: ).cinnamon life cereal tastes great and is great for you. fresh fruit and green veggies. green tea is good.eat lighter dinners—- rice,fish,chicken,veggies,salads, but don’t starve yourself. don’t eat anything 2-4 hrs before bed. have you ever tried taboe? it kicks my but; but is an amazing whole body work out(and toning your body should help with your boobs). try this sorry for the ramble hope it helps. don’t give up.
