Thirteen? You are very young, so I would say anxieties are natural. Though thats not to take away from what you are feeling at all. I sympathise with you. I too had concerns around your age about how I looked and about my body being the right weight and such.. its not just girls you see.

Some people just dont eat alot. I eat loads. But i know people who genuinley just dont have the appetite. You should never eat for the sake of eating, just as you should never starve yourself.

Rice crispies, isnt exactly a nutricious diet. And I would suggest eating more fruit and veg. Eating foods liek this are proven to make you feel better and more alive, which might help you with some of the ways you feel.

AS for your friends. If you dont trust them, try and find trust in them. They probably love you and care for you. They dont want to see you get a condition such as anorexia. This could harm your life for good. But if you have concerns yourself about this condition seek medical advice. Or just talk to a counsellor.

Try not to express your feelings of anxiety about your weight or about your eating habbits to those who have no time for you. Especially people who are your age, as they too will rpobably have their own concerns about their bodies. Its only natural.

What else is concerning you? Is it just the weight?

Reply from linuxya /post/268122-uurrggghhh#reply-4959923 When you don’t eat properly, you have big mood swings and get into arguments. Chocolate and sugar and rice krispies will make your life miserable.

Eat balanced meals. Some protein, some carb, fruits and veggies. Get some exercise. Those things alone will help you a lot. Your body needs proper nourishment or your brain won’t work properly.

Forget about being fat. Start some sports. Start running or swimming or biking.

Focus on making new friends. When people try to pick a fight, recognize that they have their own insecurities and just smile and shrug and refuse to get involved. It takes two to fight. Don’t waste your energy.
