[Help] work out Updates to this post /post/271449-work-out Tue, 08 Dec 2009 21:23:39 +0100 Reply from jasonrea1 /post/271449-work-out#reply-5016825 Everyone hates pushups but i do an exercise called a beastmaker, get two freeweights in your hands and with them in your hands you do 3 pushups, then after three you pull each weight to your chest while remaining in the pushup position and go back down and repeat the process, each set of 3 pushups combined with the weight to chest equals one beastmaker, i used to be able to do 20, haha

Reply from eb0nI /post/271449-work-out#reply-4989636 shoulders? lol I don’t exercise so I’m not liable if u get injured trying these but, you could,
swim if you have a pool at home, or if you don’t pretend, freestyle, back stroke ect.
or push ups, even if their not proper ones, like the ones you do when you keep 1/2 your body, or just legs on the bed.
umm, I’m not sure if sit ups do much to yous shoulders, I’m pretty certain thats to do with abs and stuff but when I do them it affects the top of my thighs, weird huh?
and again, this may not help your shoulders, its more arms I think, but skipping and pull ups -like when theres a bar that you grab an pull yourself up, i dunno, mostly guys do that when they show off, or on tv, (I really dunno -I’m weak, upper body wise)
well, those were pretty much random guesses but I hope it kinna helped

Reply from Quantum_Spirit /post/271449-work-out#reply-4982025 There’s the back of the shoulder (shoulder blades), that can be done by leaning over a bench with a heavy free weight in the opposite of the bench side hand. You should be bent over so that your back is parallel with the bench. With one knee and hand on the bench pull up with the free weight.

Deltoids should be done with low weights while standing up. One weight in each hand should be lifted simultaneously with arms stretched straight. At full height your arms should run straight with your shoulders.

Trapezius muscle (beside the neck) should be worked with heavy weights ( switching between free weights and bar weights is a good technique ) in a shrug formation. Once the weight is off the ground, keep your arms and back straight while lifting a two to four inches.

Reply from Snar /post/271449-work-out#reply-4980597 Well I think when you do arm raised either out from your side or out in front that works both deltoid and tricep if im not mistaken.
