[Help] I always have such a hard time waking up in the mornings! Updates to this post /post/271603-i-always-have-such-a-hard-time-waki Tue, 01 Dec 2009 17:54:45 +0100 Reply from adodso /post/271603-i-always-have-such-a-hard-time-waki#reply-5221208 I too have the same problem, I want to wake up at 6 am every morning but I usually snooze. Sometimes Ill sleep for 12 hours if I let myself. Maybe the issue is just will power. Can you get out of bed, and be active for a few minutes to clear up the sleepiness? I have a crumby time getting out of bed and as a result I usually create weird sleeping patterns.

Reply from jessica0909 /post/271603-i-always-have-such-a-hard-time-waki#reply-4981707 i would check. i had a really hard time doing anything in the morning and i found that i can no longer eat anything before 11. If i were you i would be asking some questions. Mornings are hard but if you are healthy and take care of yourself maybe there is another reason. It doesn’t hurt to check.

Reply from missy15 /post/271603-i-always-have-such-a-hard-time-waki#reply-4981696 Not anymore. I used to because I find I get SO hungry in the evenings, but I thought it might be affecting my sleep so I have stopped eating 4 hours before bed for the last month or so.

Reply from missy15 /post/271603-i-always-have-such-a-hard-time-waki#reply-4981693 I thought sleep apnea was something that people who either snore or are obese are at risk for? I am neither.

Reply from usurper /post/271603-i-always-have-such-a-hard-time-waki#reply-4981645 Hmmm….thats odd. When I felt like that it was because I was uninterested in everything. It just sucks the energy right out of you.

You need to find out what is sucking out all your energy.

Reply from usurper /post/271603-i-always-have-such-a-hard-time-waki#reply-4981640 I felt like this a couple months ago. I was so tired all the time no matter how much coffee I drank or much I slept.

I think it was because I was uninterested in everything around me and it just sucked my energy right out, from the start of each day.
