I can’t go to the school nurse or my coach either. They’d just call my parents, which I DEFINITELY don’t want. Having another adult talk to them about me is worse than me talking to them (unless it’s an actual doctor).

You don’t need a prescription, you can just buy them at the drug store or the grocery store. It’s about $10 for a small jar of them.
