Updates to this post /post/273196-hi Sun, 06 Dec 2009 17:19:10 +0100 Reply from carpe_noctem /post/273196-hi#reply-4992227 take a detoxification cleanse. that means no tropical fuit, sugar, flour of any kind, whole grains onley, very small amounts of meat, no bananas or oranges. no dried fruit, no dairy whatsoever. take some detix tablets after a bit of reasearch and possibly a meeting with your doc. then be sure to drink at least two litres of water per day. filtered water onley, no aquafina or flavoured water and no water with any vitamins added. keep a tight exercise regime. cardio, work out every muscle. when it hurts, do more. when it doesnt hurt, do way more. drink as much water as you can during excercise. it sounds tough, the the first 3 days are the worst. see how you do after two weeks, and good luck. (worked for me! ps, if your on sugar withdrawl eat berries. saved my life.
