If you were brilliant from the very start, would there be any point doing so? ;)

Reply from Anonymous /post/274526-i-have-trouble-doing-my-assignments#reply-5001562 I keep a diary to help with anxiety… once its all written down then i can move forward and not worry so much… guess it’s the same as expressive writing mentioned above… it really does help… and try and keep this in proportion… it’s an assignment… if it is not good enough the teacher will tell you, point out where you could improve it and you’ll do a it more to bring it up to scratch… it’s not the end of the world.

Reply from unsoshable /post/274526-i-have-trouble-doing-my-assignments#reply-5001556 Have you tried expressive writing for your own personal therapy.. This has nothing to do with school work… but to sit down and just let your hand do all the work… to put out words that come to mind without them nessasarily having to make sense. I do this all the time. It really helps me with my anxiety and depression.
