Run 15 miles a week with weights
200 skips a day with a rope
2000 sit-ups a week
2000 press-ups week

It’s working really well for me - I used to be bulimic, but found exercising is actually WAY better- if you do the above you can lose LOADS in a short amount of time, and get thinner. Also, try and find an exercise based hobby such as martial arts or dance. What’s your bmi? And good luck.

Plus your doctor should not have said s/he thought you were pregnant. That’s really unprofessional and could create esteem issues with you - don’t let it! And s/he should also be able to give you personalised diet and exercise advice.
