if you need help or a template, let me know and I can send you one that I have used for years.

Now if you intend on having multiple pages… all written by hand.. I would suggest using php with a css style sheet. That will apply the entire layout to each page unless you specify otherwise.

i basically want a small section just on the left side of the screen..
then have the main part on the rest of the screen
