Reply from Anonymous /post/277299-emotional-instability#reply-5019730 I took Paxil and then switch. I also had Clonazepambut only used it on occasions where I had terrible panic attacks. I also did CBT. It helped IMMENSELY, but took a while. talk to your psych (or doc) about it. good luck

Reply from aaronier /post/277299-emotional-instability#reply-5019703 I try my best to. Before our little fight, I trusted her entirely, but it seems that the longer I worry about this, the further away I’m getting from her. Its like I’m searching for things to justify my anxiety and upset. Every little thing she does I take as some kind of a sign. Its getting ridiculous.

As for meds, I’m on 30mg of Fluoxetine, 2mg of Clonazepam (I think. It may be 1mg) and since I’ve spoken to my doctor about this, he put me on 1mg of Risperdol a day. It’s been about a month that I’ve been on the extra meds, and I haven’t noticed any difference. This has happened before with me (some cause of minor anxiety exploding into a huge issue, with me constantly ruminating over it) and I ended up going for CBT, which helped slightly. Maybe more therapy is the answer, maybe not. I just don’t know if it’s me, or the meds or what. It’s pretty frustrating.
