Did I say drink 10 litres of water in an hour? No, I said plenty of water, that means keep yourself hydrated. You dehydrate quickly on X, so you need to drink plenty of water.

The strength can vary so much nowadays, like 5 years ago half of one would keep you going for 24 hours. Nowadays not so strong, but it’ll still keep you up for a good 8 or so
