Reply from Hellacious Haro /post/281699-geometry-help-please#reply-5047656 The thing is… my answers are right.
But there might be other ways to do it, that’s just geometry.

Reply from Hellacious Haro /post/281699-geometry-help-please#reply-5047649 I don’t think my answer is wrong.. i just think that it’s shortened so they would actually have to do some work.

B and D are given.
A.Vertical angles.. are congruent, just like you said that they are.
C. if two parallel lines are cut by a transversal, the alternate interior angles are congruent.
E. Angle Angle Side Postulate.

How is it wrong?

Reply from geometrywinner /post/281699-geometry-help-please#reply-5047638 Okay, so the givens are b. and d. You know that much right?
And then, you have to solve the rest. So A…what kind of specific angles are those two? It would be the definition of that specific type, I believe. Either that or because -specific type- are congruent.
Then C… they are again a specific type of angle that are congruent.
Finally, e. would be one of the side to angle postulates. (I think they’re postulates.) You can probably figure it out easily!
If you can’t figure out the specific types, message me back and I’ll just give you the answers.

2. Given
3. Alternate interior angles
4. Given
5. AAS

I did what I can remember, I’m not sure about the names.
