The above site provides a slew of self-diagnosis tests - most of them free. All of them are quite detailed in their questions. If I were you, I’d take the tests that seem to apply to the various symptoms you’ve noted, and based on the results, decide for yourself what your next step should be. Your symptoms could be traditionally medical or you might need to consult with a therapist - or both. The results might give you an indicator as to what sort of doctor you should seek help from.

Another great self diagnosis site, but one that is not nearly as detailed with it’s questions, is from The National Medical Society:
http://www.ccspublishing.com/journals…

Here are some examples of the quick “tests” offered in the above NMS site:
Anxiety, Depression, Fatigue, Mania / Mood Swings, Paranoia, Social Phobia … and so many more ailments.

The test results from either site can provide you with a starting point to direct you towards the type of doctor you should consult with, but in no way should their self-diagnosis results replace going to a doctor.

As an added word of caution: Self diagnosis can be a tricky path. You could end up driving yourself batty. Sometimes, just getting yourself off to a General Practitioner doctor is the best starting point of all … let him/her ask you the questions and lead you towards the assistance you need.

Hope you’re feeling better soon. -Aries.

Reply from epee /post/283204-i-know-you-people-arent-doct#reply-5057240 Try meditation, relax music, jogging… there are so much things to do! Go to youtube to find good meditation instructions and guides.
Do not take any medication - the side effects are terrifying (addiction, suicide and even death).
A glas of hot milk with honey may help to sleep good!

And if it is, a general doctor wouldn’t be able to diagnose it properly.

But, well, everyone is all of the traits you’ve listed, to some degree. I sure know I’ve been very tired and have had lots of mood swings lately. shrug.[/quote]

oh i understand now …thanks

Reply from Twerty /post/283204-i-know-you-people-arent-doct#reply-5057219 You’re human.

Chances are you’re better off at a psychologist than a doctor with this. They might be able to prescribe some sleeping pills, but other than that, probably nothing.
