The key is to accept that you have anxious feelings. You may not even realize it but you need to get in tune with your body to feel the tension that is always with you. Consider the stresses in your life. Think about how you are dealing with them…. are you repressing thoughts that make you anxious? They will still hide inside you and come out in your dreams. Better to express yourself, consider how to make plans to deal with your fears.

Vigorous exercise is great for working off stress and for tiring yourself out.
