That’s what I always pray for. Even in my own case. I always pray that I only get something if I deserve it and if it’s the right choice. If there is someone out there who deserves it more than me for some reason, I hope that they get it. Equally, I trust that God will have something else planned for me if I don’t get it!

I asked about my options for transfer about 3 weeks before I left and I had made my decision then so that was my notice and I even called in the morning that I wasn’t coming in as well so I told them a few weeks before and the morning that I quit.
