your marriage ended and its causes a lot of pain and anger
and what the courts decide is not necessarily always just or fair
but unless the sitution changes you probably cant do much about it

so there is also no point just being angry- its not gonna help you or your kids
even though you probably hate your ex wife, she is still your kids’ mother
and it’ll just make things harder for them if you keep showing that anger when they are around

just try to be the best dad and the best person you can - im sure there are enough single women out there that would love to have a relationship with you

This is a red flag to anyone who is interested in a loving relationship. You need to work on your own heart. Work on forgiveness and focus on what you are doing to be a kind and loving person yourself. Then you will attract people who are also kind and loving. You are hurting your children by continuing the pointless animosity towards their mother, because she is still their ex-wife will be a part of your life forever. You won’t change any part of the situation by feeling this hatred. Remember what your mother told you, if you can’t say something nice then don’t say anything. Good luck.
