Rent, save $$ for the downpayment, know & understand each other better, then decide. There’s no time limit on being a fiance(e). And being one doesn’t mean you’ve signed a contract stating you will definately marry the person….please choose wisely with your gut, because your heart will only choose one path, which leads directly to marriage.

Pay rent to yourself and get others to help as you build equity in a home of your own. Is there any rich relative or any way you can come up with a down payment?
