I graduated with a 4.15 and was in the national honor society, with honors and received the presidential award. He is just proud of my younger sister.

Long distance relationships don’t work. Either find a way to be with him on your own or accept that this doesn’t make any sense. You’re clinging to him even more because you’re facing a big change in your life (college). If you go to college together, then maybe you’ll stick together. Maybe not. Life changes a lot at that age.
