]]> Rosiee Fri, 03 Jul 2009 19:22:41 +0100 Reply from emma_locke /post/291237-i-have-bulimia#reply-5111820 hi, i’ve had bulimia for four years i got down to 6 1/2 stone i got to breaking point and felt i no one to turn to, i read a book called over comming binge eatting read it, it will scare yourself to get help go to the doctor they prob put you on tablets to help the desirer to do it, and send you to counisling it really work. i had to go and talk to someone for a year but it help i never thought it was about control but it is someone taking your control its your way of getting some back. i thought it was cause i wanted to be thin but it turned out that my ex boyfriend was to controling as soon as i left him i became better slowly! there so much damage i’ve done to myself my teeth are not good they break cause of the acid i have ibs cause of not having food going through me and have sick up blood it not pretty so please go to your doctor read the book. 2 1/2 years on i am still worried that i may go back to my old habbits but i look at the book and it makes me think what i’ve done to myself, i have a great job and boyfriend things do work out i promise x
