that works too, just don’t make a habit out of it,
and consider that not having slept will affect you physically and emotionally the next day.

no memory, imaginations, images or sounds, no sounds of yourself telling yourself not to think, no nothing, turn off all your senses.

you won’t even remember falling asleep.

i think the best technique is to wear eye mask, i find this works better :)
