i agree with this. :D a very good idea.

I’m a self harmer, I’ve been sober for about 3 weeks now though. I’ve stopped before and started back over a span of 7ish years.

I found a reason not to do it anymore, that reason if very personal to me. It’s giving my strength and I’ve only wanted to cut once…I had to remind myself over and over not to do it.

You will be fine! Just believe in yourself.

i’d try to do something else instead of cutting when u feel like cutting again
u need to find other ways to deal with the pain
maybe writing, maybe listening to music, talking to a friend/family member, sports whatever works for you

There’s no magical words, no quick fixes, no insta cures. All the advice we can give you, I think you know already (will power, self-belief, positive thinking etc etc)… it’s all been said a million times before. If you really want to stop cutting, you will.
