They also told us the car has never been registered in her name. Thanks. I’m going to look up the thing about it being over 10 years old. They told us we couldn’t even file for a lost title without previous owner signing off on it. Ho do you file with Secretary of State?

Maybe a letter will help her do the right thing. Otherwise, you’ll probably have to take her to court. How were you able to get temporary tags without a title?
