I liked having more than 6 posts listed on the main page and I liked it listing all IDs online (rather than just a few). I prefer the bigger avatars (so you can actually see what the picture is) but I also liked it better when you didn’t have to scroll over the pictures to see the ID (as people change their avatars) so you have to roll over them to see who is online. I don’t think you need the ‘your friends last online’ bit. Seems pointless. I would rather see all members online instead.
