]]> overmyhead Fri, 29 Jun 2007 05:04:11 +0100 /post/81119-help#reply-2755467 ya.. my friend got disciplinary actions from high school when she ony said , ‘our perfect principal’ on friendster. i would love to go overseas, but u see, i dun hav the financial ability to go overseas. and dun ask me to apply for scholarship, bcos in singapore, scholarship mostly means scholarship offered to foreign talents, ASEAN scholars, they don’t give a lot of scholarship to local talents, the only good scholarship i can see is the president scholarship, the scholarship which our current PM got when he was in college, which every year, there are like less than 10 in the whole 50,000 plus cohort in the country who will gt the scholarship. and as to reduce course load, i think mine is the norm in college, i only took up 1 unit more course work than the moe minimum standard. actually besides coursework, participation in at least 1 cca, co-curriculum activity is compulsary. and my cca, which is chinese orchestra- they are mad, they practise music until from 3pm til 9 to 10 pm everyday during competition period, we hav to go back even during labour day, good friday.i think i will have to stock up a lot of plasters for my fingers in future.
