I can’t say what I did was right (I totally ditched a bunch of responsibilities to be with my guy2), but I wouldn’t change it for the world. I’d suggest sorting out what your priorities really are - and if this guy is important to you, or you think he could end up being somethin’ special, then I’d say some of your usual responsibilities can be shuffled around. ;)

As for guy1, you’re probably best off telling him that you’d rather just be friends. If he’s actually interested in you, he’ll get the picture. And if all else fails, tell him you’ve got a big, manly, testosterone-filled boyfriend who lives just out of town who has a tendency towards violence. ^_^ That one usually works in a pinch.
