  Well we went and bought 2 new car seats and recieved advice on going to the custody department and filling out an app. for a pro bono lawyer, Things are starting to look up. The courts stated the x and myself to go to generations… classes I think I have no idea what this is…Maybe someone can tell me? If not I have an appt to talk with a lawyer on wed for some advice, can’t wait. But thanks to your responces I am keeping track of everything on paper so I am more prepared. She recently stated I could see my girls on sunday then turned around and had one of my daughters call me the friday before and my little one tells me they are in Ga. and I can not see them. It’s a shame she needs to put my girls in the middle, she can’t call her self. I asked my daughter to put mommy on the phone I wanted to ask my x why she left so early for Ga. and well like always she just hung up on me. I never met someone so cold hearted.I am doing my best at being civil with her. I will pray my heart out.

  I will take your advice and seek a lawyer. I know what your saying but she left me with nothing to sell. When I found a place to live I had to seek handouts she would not even let me borrow our childrens car seats to take them to the park. It’s so sad she has a heart like this. I have made mistakes but she has made so many more. Thanks you so much for your support it helps me to get through this more then you know. God Bless Wayne

  I have stated that removing myself was over a year ago, when she threw me out on Christmas at this time I started drinking and wasn’t thinking clearly. I have my life together now I haven’t drank in a year or have had any thoughts like that because I have found god. I am aking for advice now because I have never been in a court before and it seems fathers have no rights. I just don’t know where to start. But thanks for your help. The keeping notes is a great idea thanks.

  She has emotionally abused me since we married. She is very cold hearted. I had this hearing to push for my visitations because she is only letting me see them 4 hours a month and I am not aloud to take them to my home. I live 2 hours away and I drive both ways to see them. She brought a lawyer to the court and he talked so fast I didnt know what was happening. I have never been in court before. I can not afford a lawyer. Legal won’t help unless I am below the income requirements witch is before child support is paid and my bills. The courts are just not fair to faters. I am a man and I cried all the way home and she was grinning on the way out of the court house as if she knew she kick me down again. She is so controlling. I never did anything to hurt her. After she kicked me out on Christmas after buying all the gifts for no reason she had no reason she said she had no reason but she just didn’t want me there no more. She alloud me to come back to the house to see the kids if I leaned her house, rubbed her feet and gave her sex, After she got what she wanted you said ” you can leave now” After this I tried to take myself from this world only because at that time I felt in my heart I do not want to live without my children she used this against me in court. I made this mistake a year ago. She is just so cold hearted. She said I could have them one night and I drove all the way there just for her to say I changed my mind. She just rips my heart out because she enjoys this. I am a broken hearted father that just wants to spend some time with my children and I don’t know where to go from here. I went to the free lawyer advice on the internet with no responce. Where GOD when you need him the most?
