  And you do have my sympathy for what it’s worth! A little advice! We live in democracies - imperfect, perhaps, but there is no better! So obey all, even the stupid, laws. There are 25 million cars in Uk, a small isand, too many. They’re getting at your car, not you. Er, does that make sense. Me live in smaller island, Ireland (next door)! Love engines, hate cars!

  Oddly enough I used to look after my cousin’s children - I was 13 and they were 2 and 3. But, I suppose the world has changed. Most kids are great and need to be trusted BUT swimming is very dangerous and you need capable adult supervision.

  Thank you all - but the problem is very complicated, unfortunately. This child was named after me but I only really met him at ten (twice) and about four times since. He is my double ( at 3, 10, 12 and thirteen). He has no known father! I got so worried that I checked all possible records to prove I was not the parent. All facts fit - right place, right time, other evidence. I can remember returning to London and pulling off the motorway to sleep. I now think I was high but, never having used drugs, didn’t recognise it. Sorta date rape (not an issue now - I think she meant well - she’d heard I was gay and decided to straighten me out - I’m not).
  
  Last time I was with J jun he stared at me a lot, played with my laptop and downloaded his favourite music (Keane), did a funny little powerpoint presentation for me, created a lovely desktop background with my name (Jamie.Mac - he Jamie G) got up off the floor and suddenly gave me a huge hug and then, shyly, said - “When will you be back, I suppose it’ll be months” I was sucker punched and adore him but she says he’s not mine and keep away! I think I’d have a major job legally (he’s in UK, I’m in Ireland). Don’t want to go to the police - she’s the mother of my child. Any ideas?
