  There is a documented connection in that symptoms specific to that area of the brain producing epileptic activity surfaced within 24 hours of the accident.
  
  However the epilepsy has just been diagnosed over 12 years after the accident (which is another concern in and of itself). Does anyone have any suggstions about how to get more detailed help suggestions? I do not have the cash for a legal retainer, having lived on savings and paying for very expenive ($800/mo) high-risk health insurance while being stabilized on medications. Is this beyond any time limit for pursuing this? Even reimbursement/payment for the diagnostic medical care expenses would be enormously helpful.

• Is somebody watching me?
  

  Strong feelings someone is watching you and reacting to movement you see out of the corner of your eye may be from several causes, some medical (partial seizures, alcohol or substance use or withdrawal, sleep deprivation) some mental health i.e. anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, paranoia, etc.
  
  What soothes you? Perhaps focusing on these things helps to ease your discomfort. If this becomes such a problem for you that it interferes with your ability to function, to go to work or school, to get enough sleep, etc. you might want to consider bringing it up to your physician or to a mental health provider.   Well, I suggested that it might be inappropriate to spend federal disaster relief money on ‘mandatory’ trips to drinking establishments, the supervisors who made it “mandatory” became hostile towards myself and I was fired. That clear or still fuzzy?
