This ite will rise again and she’ll be dealt with. The only way to stop her from “roaming free” is to keep reporting her untill she’s been dealt with. In the meantime, ignore her. The last thing you want to do is give her the attention that she so obviously craves. Besides, you’re way too respected around here for anyone to believe what she says.

And a lot of people have reported her and still nothing has been done about her. some people don’t like that we report trolls and some even called me “stupid” or overzealous for reporting trolls or people who start insulting other users. But, if we do nothing, this site is just going to go to shit. It seems like it is now. I’m just waiting for the day when all the trolls take over and there’s no more help.com. But, you know it’s not my site or my money invested here. I’m just going to make sure that whatever I have written or adviced here gets saved somehow. I’m just going to let the trolls roam around free!

Agreed. But, if you look at her replies on her posts, would you put up with her calling you a “pathetic loser” because you take this site seriously and she is just using it for her own personal amusement? I have been on her since she started posting and she has put up some nasty posts even anonimously and has admitted that she has posted those. She has called gone as far as taunting people who threaten suicide to actually do it. WTF?

I’ve looked at xx profile. Whoever this user is has no right to call you a troll but you don’t have the right to call them one either. My advice is to report the slanderous comment and let admin take care of it.
