still all you have to do in Crew is run miles and row miles……..not handsprings and do filps in the air

it was pretty cool being able to do the things i did.
but it was a horrid place. you trained so hard it just sucked the life out of you. and the people were mean little whores!

see when i was on my team, they didn’t make us run nearly that much. we had to run laps around the field, sure, but 7 miles? i don’t think it was that long.

well i dont know but i guess ive been running so much i work through it! lol
(in soccer they made us run close to 7….)

well crew is really fun, but its alot of work (like all sports).
Yesterday when we put our boat in the water the tail fin broke off and our coach made us run 6 miles……
