There is definitely a chance that may be added as a HelpBot response but it will be a little while as we are short on devlopers at the moment.

Is there any chance of getting something like what was in my previous shout being put onto the helpbot or no?
Just wondering being I did not get a responce.

Myself and a few others that help with computer problems were hoping that you may be able to put the following into the helpbot… The reason is to be able to help we need to have more detail than “there was an error and now the computer does not start”

with that information there is no way that we can help.
here is a list of information that if you send along then we can help better and faster.
-what operating system(what windows ie: xp, vista, 98, etc.)
-desktop or laptop.
-any error messages exactly as they were displayed.
-any odd noises, or smells that have ocoured since the problem.
-let us know if you have installed any new hardware or software since the problem.

If this could be added or something to covey that message Myself and a few others would be apreciate it.
