There are some people who think should go to the bottom of the list when it comes to medical treatment. They include those who are DIC of a vehicle and are injured because of this. All to often I have seen these people get treatment before the victims that they are responsible for injuring.

I live in NEw Zealand and it is compulsory to wear seatbelts. Even to take baby home from hospital you need to have a carseat. Motorbike riders and cyclists have to wear helmets as well. Fines for noncompliance of these rules are increasing.

Time is a wonderful healer. Getting out and being among people is the way to go. Even if you are not talking to others, just being in the company, feeling the emotions and the shared love.
