I am sending my Christmas greetings already, just incase I don’t see you here before the big day, I am sure I will but I would rather be safe than sorry!
So….
Hope you have a Fabtastic Christmas and new year!!!
PJ:I have a web site that I am putting together. I would like to know if you, as a consumer, find any of the information (1) interesting (2)helpful (3)understandable. The site is no where near ready, hasn’t been editied for spelling etc. I am only interested in “content flow” and relevancy at this point.
Want to critique it for me? suggestions are welcome..consumer
PJ: Tell someone else about it. This is a major rip off and very serious. It can easily cost the “victim” a ton of money…hope I didn’t send you this “shout’ to you twice. My phone rang and I got busy and hit “shout it”. (I think I sent it to myself). ..your welcome..consumer
Idiot?!! Guess so. I never used a shout before. Sorry about that. In answer to your question, Yes, the bar code has enough informtion for a criminal to totally ruin you. Shred, rip, eat them but don’t throw them away. Your bigger retailers are going to the bar code system. It’s Stupid, dumb and anti-consumer. I have worked cases where the “victim’s” were ruined credit wise.
PJ. If you noticed on the receipt there is a “bar code”. Than has your personal information on it. This is how the retailer checks on how you purchased an item ie: credit card, debit card etc. Most people throw the receipt away, usually in the parking lot. All the criminal has to do is pick it up, scan it and he/she captures YOUR personal info. Ever hear of “Identity Theft?” This is just one method of many that they use.
Thanks for inquiring…consumer
PJ: I’m in favor of shaking hands with you and moving on. I don’t like dwellling on negative things and, I don’t think you do either. People can have diference of opinion but that doesn’t mean they can’t be cordial. I’d consider it an honor to hsve you in my corner.
Frank
