I am a 55 years old man who works very hard to have a small hotel in the city or cali - in colombia - south america. since 1987. today i have a big financial problem i need usd $ 500.000 in orther to save a properties valued in usd $1â¸200.000.
I need to develop a small realstate proyect, is to rebuild a 6 floors building and develop ofices to sale. the location is the best in the city and that develop should give me to give back the money with a good profit. but i have to do it before i loose all my properties becouse of the debts. wich will be very soon if i do not pay.
